Finally changed my blogskin after so damn long. Took me like 2.5 hours last night to do it. 2.5 hours. Like how much of that time could have been put into productive studies right? But I have a good reason though,this is the most complex skin I've ever tried to edit. The codes are not arranged in order,and editing areas are all over the place. 2.5 hours therefore isn't too bad la I guess... Its a nice skin right ppl? Just say yes.

Guess I've pretty much gotten over the Swiss girl's incident. Just hope she goes somewhere nice where she wouldn't be meeting with such a tragic misfortune again...

And speaking of Swiss the 2nd Alumni vs Current students Games is coming up somewhere in the middle of May... Probably going back,regardless of whether I compete or not. Main pt is just to enjoy myself being once again back in the most comfortable educational environment of my life,not considering the bullying I get. Green House or Red House T-Shirt,I'll choose on the day itself. No way am I gonna wear my original colours Brown...

And thank goodness I went online to clarify something for myself. I nearly made a big fuss over something so insignificant. I was about to go and investigate this entire thing out,maybe stalk a little to get the info I needed. But luckily it was a misinterpretation on my part. Gotta have to keep reminding myself: Confirm something in full before you act. Do not assume. I think I do that way too much,and that has led to unpleasant events in the past. Gonna have to be more careful....

Euthanasia is the talk of GP lessons right now. Suddenly talks about Universal Declaration of Human Rights and International Covenants start to come out. Somewhat familiar with all these since I attended RMUN 07 before. That was definitely an eye-opener,bringing me into the world of politics. Plus of course a "sea of eye candies" from the all-girls sch,nearly made me go blind that time hahahaha... Especially a particular one from SCGS who has migrated to USA liao... =(

Okay that was serious digression. When I mentioned the topic of Euthanasia,I had wanted to say that given a choice,when I'm suffering from debilitating condition,I probably would ask my Doc to pull my plug too. I mean seriously,in that kinda condition you are alive but not alive. Sounds confusing? Not really I hope. Its kinda meaningless to suffer for the rest of your 'premature' life when you are in most ways dead already.

Feelin really emo,confused and sad now,all at the same time. Though this stranger is two years my junior,she's from Swiss and that is all that matters. Never knew about her but suddenly I feel like I've known her for an entire lifetime...

Can you guys just imagine a bright young girl,preparing for her O levels this year,dubbed by our principal as one of the brightest and possible top students for the exams this year. And all of a sudden,all that we're seeing her to be in the future just fades away in the blink of an eye,all because of a fucking asshole of a car driver that ended her innocent life... Chung Yen Ting of 4e2'10,I may not know you,but I just want you to know you will always be loved no matter what,something that is extremely evident from the exponential increase in the members of the facebook group. May the ruthless driver be brought to justice asap... R.I.P

This just got me all worked up and choked with emotions. Such is the fragile nature of life,which is why we always try to remind ourselves to live life to the fullest. And that is precisely why I loathe studying. You are learning things that will barely be applicable to you when you finally join the workforce,just like what the SD lesson video is trying to convey. A minimum of 8 hours being enslaved by the government at large... What is the purpose?

Everytime I learn about tragic deaths,inevitably I'd think about my dearest uncle chan how. Uncle died of leukaemia about 3 years back. He used to work in a meteorological station. The station was full of computers that were switched on 24/7,so you can imagine how hot they are. To compensate for this,the air conditioning was very cold as well. So imagine being exposed to such extreme temperatures EVERY single day...

Without a doubt you are bound to fall sick no matter how strong your body is! He soon fell terribly ill and was sent to hospital by his friends. Because the hospital was too far for our family to reach,we had him transferred to the Muar hospital. Due to the lack of professional equipment at that hospital,we transferred him again and this time it's to the main Johor hospital.

The diagnogsis of his result was to only be released two weeks after he was admitted into the Johor hospital. So for two weeks he just lay there in the hospital bed,not knowing what he was suffering from. That two weeks just uselessly laying there and suffering was probably what led to his death. Furthermore it was impossible to get a bone marrow transplant in such a short notice.

And unfortunately I was still in school that fateful afternoon he died. I only remembered my teacher asking me to go o the staff room and pick up a call from my mom. She was at the time rushing to cross the customs to get to the hospital. She told me uncle couldn't make it anymore and would go at any moment. My world just shattered before me as I started crying hysterically in the staff room. Such was his importance to me that I broke down so hard...

This just reminds me of how important it is to treasure every moment of your life. Make sure we frequently tell our loved ones how much we care for them,because we never know if we might get the chance to say it tomorrow... Keep that in mind.

Kenneth got into the round of 16! But sadly that was the max he got to,since his opponent was pretty good plus there was something wrong with his sensor. There were a few times when all of us could swear that we saw Kenneth's blade struck first,but the damn sensor didn't light up. Seriously damn screwed up la... But oh well at least he put up a good fight,and so did the rest of the fencers! Kudos for the effort CJC fencers! Kenneth don't be too disappointed kays... =D

Now comes the piss offs of the day,of which there are numerous. 1st,Mr Tan wasn't in school for the entire day. Pretty much explains the after effects of his absence doesn't it? So I've now gone 3 days without my iPod. Fantastic. Just fantastic. If the same thing happens tomorrow and I have to live without my iPod for the WHOLE BLOODY weekend,people around me are sure as hell gonna feel my wrath. Can't take it anymore. This is frigging ridiculous I swear....

And then someone single-handedly decides to have us postpone our forfeit when she has some crappy lyrics already in her hands. Now we have to do something that lasts for 5 minutes instead of the 3 today. Another brilliant decision made.

And the final blow. Came after PE when Gary was giving them a briefing regarding the CDL E-challenge. "The bowlers are also part of T16 what,why must you just simply call us 'bowlers',like you are categorising us?" Well maybe you guys should think about what you all did for me to be "categorising" you guys. People,'blame' is not my middle name,I'm not for you all to throw your fucking accuses on. Go home and think carefully and you'll see that you all asked to be "categorised". And by the way the last I checked,I'm not the only one who thinks that way about you all,so its not just me trying to stir up shit. Yeah,so go ahead and share with each other your exclusive jokes,I ain't gonna care.

I know at least one of you six read this space,so if you see it and feel pissed,go ahead and confront me its fine. And if you all are interested in elevating this shit,I'll very much welcome it. It happened to me in my sec 3 and 4 class before. Ever had sarcasm attacks thrown across the entire class constantly for an entire period of time? Well I've been through that,and I gotta say its a very interesting situation indeed. Wanna play? Oh please I'll be more than willing. So c'mon and bring your A'game to the floor,and we'll see who owns the friggin stage.

Lemme just stress something ah,it doesn't have to be this way. But if you guys are really so pissed by my reasoning as to why I "categorise" you all,then by all means I can raise hell. Whether to drop this issue and understand how exclusive you guys are,or the other unpleasant option,the choice is yours.

Goodness,never felt so pissed in a very long time already... Shall put that aside for now and think about my PW results tml. Chief of Navy is also coming down for a dialogue session,pretty excited about that too.

Guess what,I still havent gotten my iPod back! Oh damn I'm not particularly happy now. That I've been void of enjoying proper emo rock tracks speaks volumes. The feeling of emptiness seems to coarse through my entire body... Really hope to get it back tomorrow and treat myself to a proper dosage of Muse,Prodigy and Paramore...

Speaking of which I just realised today that me and Gary share a common interest in a particular genre of alternative rock/techno music. Apparently one of the bands he listen to often,Pendulum,works closely with Prodigy! And I heard a bunch of their tracks today and they are good! Better than Prodigy I say! Always thought that Pendulum was like some death metal band,since a few of their track titles gimme that impression. Eg. Propane Nightmares. Sounds scary right? Well in the end it turns to be soft enough,and I really liked it on the first hearing! Gonna kop his entire 60-song Pendulum collection damn soon... Gonna enjoy myself man! Indulgence in music is one of the best leisure activities....

Guess you guys should have figured out by now... Yes yes i'm like iPod-less for one whole day. The whole class was like damn happy cuz it meant that I wouldn't be able to game on it for an entire day. And truth is that this incident is gonna prevent me from playing in a very long time. Being aware that Mr Tan might now drop by far more frequently than usual due to this incident,I've decided to put it away during lessons. Yeah yeah I can almost hear the cheers coming up. But whatever,its gotta be something I have to do,no two friggin ways about it.

What a friggin long week this is gonna be. Going home at least 6pm everyday... Can't wait for it to end,and for Saturday to come since I'm taking part in the CDL E-Generation Event with my classmates! Awesome stuff hope I'll be well-conditioned on that day haha. Don't wanna disappoint the Green Fluffy Army! =D

Can't wait to get my iPod back tomorrow. Already suffering withdrawal symptoms...

Another 15-year old piece of crap 'engineered' by Disney to take the damn world by storm. Well,hell no am I gonna jump on this bandwagon. You're gonna have to kill me 1st...

I think I've got another emo episode that is threatening to rise within me once again. This time,the reasons are unknown. I seriously dun even what I'm emo-ing about. Lord,please be with me for this period of time,and prevent me from sinking into emo-ness once again...

Shit,must be 30 seconds to mars,Muse and Paramore working their emo-magic on me... Hope being able to see her more this week as compared to the odd week will bring motivation of some form...

Seriously la,today is damn screwed up. So we could have actually gone home at 3 right,but due to ms tay's overwhelming concern for us (hur hur),she signed us and her other physics class up for this workshop on EMI. Only these 2 classes T15 and T16. So we were made to wait till 1630,then have 2 classes wedged into the class of T13,and made to seat there and have an involuntary (and I emphasize involuntary) lesson. With 2 NTU lecturers.

Am I finished? Heck no i'm not. The damn workshop had to start at an ungodly period of time when it had stopped raining. Furthermore the rain was what you would call a humid rain,so the after effects left T13 with a super warm classroom,guaranteed to make anyone drowsy in an instant. And that's precisely what happened to me,and I kinda dozed off momentarily on a few occasions.

Worse still,the whole lesson was being videoed down. And somehow the table I was at became the 'main base' for one of two camcorders present. A voice recorder was set on our table as well. In other words I felt like the table I was in lived in an Orwellian universe for 2 hours! Wouldn't be nice to be caught 'mysteriously' nodding your head or having some foul words coming out from your mouth.

Result? A sleep-inducing,pissed off and Orwellian lesson. The great news? There's another session next Monday. Thank the Lord for the smallest of mercies,we're given the TDC as our venue. So hopefully it won't be so bad next time round.

I know parents all over the world would be like "hello,you're a student,so the least you can do is stop bitching about it. You only know how to complain about your teachers. Ms Tay was just being concerned about our understanding and wanted to help you guys. Why can't you see things from the teacher's perspective?". At least I know for sure my mom would say that.

But hey here's my response. The very least you can do is understand the circumstances that this workshop occured in. The frustration at having to stay on in what has already been a very draining day and all. Coming from the personal perspective,it all boils down to fatigue and unwillingness to be trapped in an educational prison for long periods of time!

Some of you might very well disagree with me,I can understand. But at the very least this comes from a not-so-willing prisoner of our educational system. Seriously,I think I'll go nuts if anyone else try to remind me to start studying. So pls guys,DON'T DO IT.

Needless to say I'm pretty pissed. To the more studious ones of this world: have a great night ahead mugging,cuz I'm gonna turn in and try to pretend nothing happened today. Chao.

Had a pretty damn awesome weekend! Of course it includes having not done any work AT ALL and having fun/slacking all the way haha.

Didn't get to watch Clash of the Titans yesterday,and so was initially kinda disappointed that my plan failed. However it all turned damn good because we ended up going to Eric's house again! And there is one,and only one,aim when we're at his house: GAME ON! So we jammed and we swung lightsabers,we shoot enemies in earnest and got shot with equal enthusiasm. I was referring to Guitar Hero,Soul Calibur IV and of course Halo 3. Went with the usual songs for GH like Misery Business,Beat It,Hotel California,What I've Done,Are You Gonna Go My Way and so on. Yours truly was of course THE singer throughout,since 1) I can't play a single damn instrument and 2) I'm definitely the best singer there hands down haha. Shameless I know but what can you say when I get an average of at least 80% for every single song? That's a pro right there man... =D

We tried Halo 3 on legendary for the very first time,and I tell you,I would give anything to play it with 4 ppl together. Seriously we need it! I mean,there were snipers everywhere! And we kinda just got shot in the head the moment we respawn. I tell ya,there will be no difficulty harder than legendary! We took at least 90 min to clear just ONE mission! Like,what the hell man! Never before and it was plain crazy. In the end we adopted a suicide technique for the rest of the time and it finally paid off.... Whew what madness.....

Today's F1 race in Sepang was just damn thrilling! Plenty of actions up and down the track positions,regardless whether its the rookie drivers or the veterans,everyone was fighting damn hard. In the end,Vettel won and led Mark Webber to a one-two victory for the first time in Red Bull Racing Team's history. Kinda expected given the positions in which the two best teams McLarens and the Ferraris started. Because of a screw up in their weather predictions,these 4 cars started way back on the starting grid. In the end Massa,Hamilton and Button managed to get pretty respectable positions in the top 10. Alonso would have been in the top 10 too,had he not been greedy and tried to overtake Button. Because of that manoeuvre,his engine gave up on him and he failed to finish the damned race when there was only 2 FRIGGIN LAPS TO GO! WTH MAN! Now Massa has taken the lead in the world championships with Alonso and Button behind him by 2 points. Oh well I guess its ok since Massa is also from Ferrari haha...

Brilliant weekend overall,and its not even over yet. Liverpool's playing in just 2 minutes time,shall go watch and then sleep,without having done any work I'm so damn dead. Gotta sleep early for tomorrow's second try at my NAPHA Gold. Gotta give it a try and hopefully get the first Gold in my life. Wish me luck!
