Going to f1 qualifying session over the weekend was the major highlight definitely. But it also meant that I didn't study much,which sucks big time. Well what's past is past,and I hope I make tt my last major relaxation activity.
Anyway I really had a great time that night. Me and ma dad got a sweet spot near the marina bay floating platform,where there's a corner that they had to brake quite alot to turn before accelerating again. In other words I got to see the cars close up,and clear enough for that matter. That was hot. Too bad my dad's DSLR is a basic set and I couldn't take very good shots of the cars. All the pics taken are blurred due to their fast speed. It's impossible to get good shots in without having lens that have high shutter speeds...
Still the sights and sounds were all that truly mattered,and after the qualifying I had the fortune of seeig and hearing Adam lambert live at the Padang! That one was a major OMG,and the second reason I went on Saturday instead of the actual race on Sunday. The show lasted an hour,and he performed practically all the songs on his For Your Entertainment album. Furthermore he gave us a hint of what's to come for his new album,with 3 demo songs that he performed as well. The guy's awesome,a really nice guy with great vocal chords even without studio equipment...
He told the crowd that the theme of the show was love,and he wanted us to know that most of the time,love actually sucks,and that it takes a lot of sacrifice and effort to make it not so bad. He also said that it doesn't matter how much fame fortune money or sex (yes he actually said that) that you have in your life,what's most important is that you find the love in everything you do,even if it's so hard. Totally agree with him,and makes me appreciate him as a person even more. But I'm not gay of course...
And oh by the way,don't you even think about it. No way,not just yet,not after all that has happened. I shall leave you to decide what the "it" means.
