Haix I had a screwed up day for OP dry run,which lasted the whole morning. Haven't memorize my script yet,and so I ended up reading from it quite a lot. So of course that was spotted as a flaw,and it was one that almost everybody had today. So on wednesday ms tay says no more cue cards! Growl.... Now I gotta really remember everything I want to say,or I am gonna be so damn screwed this wednesday. Cannot afford to stutter in front of the class,no friggin way.
Well that concluded the suck part of the day. The following activities were much more positive. Had our stupid Breaking down barriers talk for a whole damn hour,what a bloody waste of time. Well at least time passed much faster while talking to wee kang and gary. Haven't managed to interact with both of them at the same time,ever since we changed seats,so it was cool.
Then came the release of GP results. Trembling the whole time because this is the primary make or break paper,determining whether you'll make it thru promos or not. All worries faded the moment I received my essay,as it confirmed instantly that I would easily pass my GP already. I only needed 8/50 marks from paper 2 to get an E,because I got 36/50 for my essay! I was so damn happy! I was only expecting a 28/50 or something. Well guess I should learn to have more confidence in myself huh? Anyway fyi gabriel got 39,while jie er and someone else got 38. In the end I got 27/50 for paper 2. So my overall is 59.9(-.-)percent! Round it and I get a B! B for GP! This has got to be the most meaningful paper to me for the entire promos,regardless of how much better I might do for my other papers. I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to wards my tutor Mr Melvin Lee for transforming me from a goner in argumentative essays to a much more decent writer then before. Thanks Mr Lee!
Now just gotta keep fingers crossed for all the other subjects,which will be released tomorrow. All I can pray for is that at I at least sub-pass this horrendous chemistry paper,and that see me thru promos. Best of luck to everyone as well! Ok now gotta go do I & R draft 2 due for submission tomorrow byes.
